Eden Blackjack — Official Rules

1) Overview

Eden Blackjack is a free-to-play online blackjack experience. You play with virtual table chips; small cash prizes are sponsored by our platform (for eligible players) and no purchase is required. This is a skill-based entertainment product — not real-money gambling. Void where prohibited.

Short version: Beat the dealer without going over 21. Daily leaderboards award small cash prizes to top performers. Ranks reset monthly so everyone has a fresh shot.

2) Eligibility

You must have a verified Eden account in good standing.
Prize eligibility may require identity verification and a supported payout method (e.g., PayPal). No purchase is required.
Must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Void where prohibited.
Employees, contractors, and household members of the Eden team may be ineligible for prizes.

3) How to Play

Tables & Seats

Private tables: Solo practice or control up to three seats.
Open tables: Multiplayer. One seat per person.
At the start, SIT buttons flash. Choose a seat to become active. You can switch seats between hands in private mode.

Betting

Select chips to set your wager. The selected chip glows; clicking the same chip again starts the deal (or use the DEAL button).
Table minimum/maximum and available chip values are shown in-game.
After a hand ends and the table clears, you may change your bet. Quick options: REBET (repeat last bet), REBET & DEAL, or place a new bet.

Dealing & Player Actions

Initial deal: two cards to each active player seat, two to the dealer (one face-up, one face-down).
Hit: Take another card.
Stand: Take no more cards.
Double: Double your bet, receive exactly one final card, then automatically stand. Available only as your first action on the first two cards (if sufficient balance).
Not currently supported: split, insurance, surrender.

Dealer Rules

The dealer stands on all 17s (hard or soft).
If all player seats bust, the dealer hand may auto-reveal/resolve early.

Card Values

Number cards are face value; face cards (J/Q/K) are 10.
Aces count as 1 or 11, whichever is most favorable without busting.

Deck & Shuffling

Eden Blackjack uses a standard 52-card deck. In multiplayer, a 6-deck shoe (312 cards) is prepared.
Each hand begins with a cryptographic shuffle of the shoe using a secure random number generator.
After shuffling, the shoe is cut into three piles. The designated player (rotating in multiplayer, or you in private tables) chooses two cut points and the order of the piles (e.g., ABC, BCA, CAB).
The piles are re-stacked in the chosen order to form the final shoe. Cards are dealt directly from this final shoe with no extra reshuffle.
The original pre-cut order is discarded; only the cut shoe exists during the hand.
For transparency, every shuffle and cut can be reconstructed step-by-step to verify that the cards were dealt honestly.

4) Payouts & Limits

Standard win: 1:1 (even money).
Blackjack (A + 10-value as first two cards): pays 3:2. A tie on blackjack is a push.
Push: Bet returned.
Double: If you double and win, the double portion also pays at 1:1; if you bust or lose, the doubled stake is lost.
Table limits and feature availability may vary by table or mode and are shown in-game.

5) Leaderboards, Leagues & Prizes

Daily Wins

Each calendar day (00:00–23:59 Eastern Time), players compete on the daily leaderboard.
Scoring emphasizes wins and sustainable play (see in-app Leaderboard for the live formula).
If there are not enough eligible participants on a given day, fewer ranked slots may be awarded.

Leagues & Groups

Players are organized into Groups composed of 7 Leagues (L1–L7), each league with 3 tiers.
Monthly Reset: On the first day of each month at 00:00 ET, ranks reset so everyone starts fresh.

Prizes

See the Fair Play & Rewards Policy for the daily prize amounts, tie-breakers, and monthly win caps.
Ties are broken by: (1) earliest time the score was reached, then (2) fewest hands played that day, then (3) higher ending chip balance, then (4) randomized draw.

5A) Fair Play & Rewards Policy

Mission. Eden Blackjack celebrates skill, fairness, and consistency. The cards don’t care who you are — every player has a seat at the table.

League Groups, Leagues & Tiers

Players are grouped into League Groups, each capped at 840 players.
Each Group contains 7 Leagues (ranked by experience and performance).
Each League has 3 Tiers, each with up to 40 players.
- Tier 1: Top 40 players in the league
- Tier 2: Next 40 players
- Tier 3: Final 40 players
Once full, new players are added to the next available League Group.

Daily Cash Rewards

21 daily prizes per Group (one per tier). Each prize is $0.25.
Winners are posted to the Daily Leaderboard and paid via PayPal within 24–48 hours.

Eligibility Rules

Players who win a prize and rank up may not return to lower tiers to claim that reward again.
Players in the top league (Level 7) may win up to two (2) cash rewards per calendar month.

Monthly League Reset

League rankings reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 Eastern Time.
New League Groups form automatically as new players join.

Participation Guidelines

Players must be 18+ (or age of majority in their jurisdiction).
One account per person; no bots or automation.
A valid PayPal account is required to receive cash rewards.

A game for the people. Ladies, gents, and everyone in between — this game is yours. Pull up a chair and play with purpose.

6) Fair Play

One human per account; no bots, automation, collusion, or multi-accounting.
Any attempt to exploit bugs, manipulate outcomes, or circumvent limits may result in disqualification and account action.
We may review gameplay for integrity and adjust scores in cases of clear error or abuse.
Shuffling & Cuts: Each shoe is cryptographically shuffled, then cut into three piles by the designated player. Once the cut is applied, the computer no longer retains the original shuffle order. The cards are dealt from the cut shoe exactly as it stands.
Verification: Shuffle and cut details can be replayed to confirm the dealt cards matched the final shoe order — proof that outcomes are not rigged.

7) Coins & Economy

Blackjack uses free virtual chips granted on a timer and via daily check-ins. Chips are not purchasable and have no cash value.
Winning chips improves your leaderboard position; only leaderboard placement determines prize eligibility.
EDEN tokens are not required for Blackjack and do not affect prize eligibility.

8) Prize Claims & Taxes

Winners are notified in-app and/or by email. You must claim within 7 days using a supported payout method (e.g., PayPal). Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
Identity and residency verification may be required before payout.
Winners are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations. We may issue tax forms where required by law.
